Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Nooklight lamp. If you're not fully satisfied, contact us at support@nooklight.store and we'll help arrange a return or exchange.

Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
